I'm continuing to have a lovely relaxing but productive time at the retreat. Another challenge was to use the Acetate Card Box (#145486). (Sorry but I was having trouble getting a good photo).
I embossed the box with a (retired) stars embossing folder. I wrapped one of the Pick A Pattern Washi tapes (#144166) around the box. Then I added the Red Glimmer Paper (121790) which was punched with the Everyday Label Punch (#144668). The sentiment is from the Ribbon Of Courage stamp set (#c143855, #w143852) and stamped with Real Red ink (#126949) on Whisper White card (#106549). This was cut out with the Swirly Scribbles Thinlits (#141497), then I cut again using Basic Black card, and attached the swirly cut out to the box. The fine swirl was cut using a die from the Swirly Snowflakes Thinlits (#144678) and glued to the glimmer paper using the Fine-Tip Glue Pen (#138309). I also added Black Rhinestone Jewels (#144639) to the Glimmer Paper.
These boxes hold 5 cards and envelopes but would be suitable for a variety of small gifts.
