The Birthday Celebration stamp set (#p140675) coordinates with the Balloon Bouquet Punch (#140609) and these can also be purchased in a bundle (#140810) which means great savings.
I have also used the balloon punch from the Party Punch Pack (#140608) to punch the small balloons. The larger Balloons were stamped with VersaMark (#102283) with Silver Embossing Powder (#109131). The card used is Melon Mambo (#119980), Elegant Eggplant (#108614), Garden Green (#108605) and Whisper White (#106549). I stamped balloons on the background using Pink Pirouette ink (#126956) and Melon Mambo (#126948) using the stamping off method. Happy Birthday and Let Us Celebrate are also from the Balloon Celebration set. The punch for Happy Birthday is the Washi Label punch (#138296). This and the balloons were attached with Stampin' Dimensionals (#104430).
