It's late so this will be very quick - an easy card with lots of layers.
The cardstock is Crumb Cake (#121685), Cajun Craze (#121683), Whisper White (#106549) and Marina Mist (#121682) with the DSP from the Colour Collection DSP Stack (#130135). The cute little car from the Postage Collection (#c129240) is stamped with Cajun Craze ink (#126965) using the Stamping Off method. This is where you stamp the 3 images without re-inking the stamp. Birthday wishes is from Bring on the Cake (#c121958) and punched with the Decorative Label punch (#120907).
